The majority of new families yearn to live in a big cities, especially jakarta. However, the density of existing settlements, and increasingly high housing prices, is our main point in analyzing this project. Where this housing must create compact housing on a limited land, with maximum functionality.

Magnolia Residence is a small residential complex of only 10 units. Standing on 900 sqm of land located in the Jati Asih area. Concidering the limited land, and the emphasis on cost efficiency, we decided to make a compact house with simple but slightly attractive facade, with a room layout that can meet the needs of a small family.
Withlimited land, our approach is to incorporate maximum light and air into each room. Where in Magnolia House all rooms get natural lighting and natural Air, moreover in the communal area we put openings on front and back sides to allow cross ventilation to reduce room temperature.
