Cipinang House

Cipinang House is a Contemporary-style residential, where the client himself is a person who wants new things, which are different from before. Located in east jakarta, this house steals attetntion with its modern design that makes it different from the surrounding environment which adheres to a minimalist style.

The house stands on a land area of 120 sqm, which is oriented towards the north. We adjust the facade to respond to the heat of the afternoon sun from the west, where many of the walls in the window openings are made transverse to reduce the heat.

First floor is designed to be spacious without partitions, especially the living room & Dining room. Windows openings in the fornt and back of the house make this house have good air and light ventilation
